The WPC aims to bring the Parkinson’s community together, under one roof, to generate robust ideas around the science and care of Parkinson’s.
For this booth, we produced, shot and edited 4K interviews of people with Parkinson’s, allowing them to tell their stories and their ongoing battles with the disease. We designed and animated a multi-player touchscreen experience, in addition to eight vertically oriented screens in which we customized a touch screen kiosk with subtle moving portraits of our friends with Parkinson’s acting as a backdrop. The answers given by booth attendees (by those with Parkinson’s, physicians, family, friends, and care takers) were displayed in real time.
The feedback was tremendous for the booth. We won platinum from the AVA Digital Awards for excellence in digital creativity, specifically in the following categories:
